A man is reported to have experienced cardiac arrest, and Bay Village Police were called at 5:41 p.m. on July 9, 2022, to a 31,000 block of Roberta Drive. The authorities have not released the photo from the scene yet.
When the police arrived, they discovered that John Loveman, the man in question, had been physically assaulted.
Loveman was able to say that his adult son Daniel attacked him. Officers from Bay Village spoke with the victim’s wife, Julia who was present.
She was detained for interrogation and later accused of obstructing government operations. The victim’s 32-year-old son received an arrest warrant and was arrested the next morning.
